Frequently asked questions
Direct answers, clear limitations and no impossible promises.
Clear answers before you decide. What is The Wise Parrot?
The Wise Parrot is a Revenue Leakage Recovery System for businesses receiving enquiries on WhatsApp. It combines fast responses, qualification, context-aware follow-ups, dormant lead recovery and owner-facing intelligence.
Is it a chatbot?
It can conduct customer conversations, but its scope is broader than a typical chatbot. It also analyses lead state, recommends next actions, manages follow-up logic and produces business reports.
Does it replace people?
No. It supports people with speed, memory and consistency. Humans remain essential for judgment, empathy, exceptions, negotiation and closing.
Why does implementation take 45 days?
The core journey can go live after Week 1 approval. The rest of the period adds follow-up logic, revenue analysis, dormant recovery and optimisation from real conversations.
What does it cost?
The current offer is ₹11,000 one-time implementation with the first 45 days subscription included. After that, ₹5,000 per month for up to 500 new leads or ₹9,000 per month for up to 2,000 new leads; custom plans apply above that volume.
Can it guarantee conversions?
No. It can reduce preventable leakage and improve operational discipline. Conversion also depends on demand, offer, pricing, team execution and customer choice.
Can it use our existing WhatsApp number?
This depends on the number’s current setup, ownership and migration eligibility. The implementation team confirms the official Meta/WhatsApp route before activation.
Can it connect to a CRM or calendar?
Yes, where a supported integration or API is available and included in scope. Custom integration effort may be quoted separately.
How are follow-ups made less robotic?
Follow-ups are designed around the customer’s context, stage, objection, timing and agreed next step rather than sending the same message to every silent lead.
What happens when the AI does not know?
It should state uncertainty, use approved fallback language and hand the conversation to a human when the question or action is outside its authorised knowledge and tools.
Is it suitable for healthcare?
It can support administrative information, appointment workflows and routing. It should not diagnose, prescribe or replace qualified medical professionals.
How is success measured?
Using agreed baseline metrics such as meaningful response time, follow-up completion, dormant reactivation, appointments or visits, handover delays and conversion outcomes over a defined period.
